Role Summary

Position: Marketing Agents
Location:
We are seeking Marketing Agents for the following branches: Nairobi, Kisumu, Kisii, Eldoret, Nakuru, Mombasa, Meru, Embu, Machakos, Thika, Nyeri, and Nanyuki. Knowledge of the local dialect in these regions will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
Candidates aged between 23–30 years.
Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales career under minimal supervision.
Well-groomed, presentable, and possessing an enthusiastic and energetic personality.
An outgoing and organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify Business Opportunities: Locate prospects, evaluate their position in the industry, and conduct research to analyze sales options.
Sell Products and Services: Reach out to potential clients, build rapport, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products and services to meet those needs.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering support, information, and guidance.
Service Quality Assurance: Uphold and enforce organizational standards to ensure quality services.
