How much does tracking cost?
Vehicle tracking starts from KES 10,000 per year. The final price depends on the device, your vehicle and the features you choose, and we give you an itemised quote covering the device, installation, subscription and warranty.
Will my insurer or bank accept TMC tracking?
Yes. TMC tracking is accepted by insurers, banks, SACCOs and microfinance lenders that require a tracker on insured or financed vehicles. We issue the installation certificate they ask for.
Can I track my vehicle on my phone?
Yes. Download the Tracksolid Pro app on Android or iPhone to see your vehicle live, replay journeys and receive alerts. You can also log in from any computer. We set up your account and show you how to use it.
Where can I get my device installed?
At any of our 11 branches in Kenya, our 3 branches in Tanzania and 2 in Uganda, and our technicians can come to your home, office or yard in many towns. Call us to book a time.
Do you fit and renew speed governors?
Yes. We supply, fit and calibrate speed governors for public service and commercial vehicles, issue the calibration certificate and remind you when your annual renewal is due.
Will tracking work without mobile coverage?
The tracker stores its positions when there is no network and sends them as soon as coverage returns, so your journey history stays complete on supported devices.
Can I move a device to another vehicle?
Yes. Our technicians remove the device, fit it to your new vehicle and update your account.
Do you offer towing and vehicle valuation?
Yes. We run 24/7 towing and recovery, and our assessment team carries out inspections and valuation reports for insurance, sale, transfer and financing.
